The key topic of the meeting was coordinating the activities of various agencies and developing cooperation to prevent and combat crime and offenses, as well as combat any elements that disrupt public order. Particular attention was paid to police interaction with civil society, which, as noted, contributes to maintaining law and order and preventing illegal activities.
During the event, participants were reminded of the tasks assigned to law enforcement agencies and government bodies by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon. In particular, attention was focused on educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism, protecting public consciousness from alien and harmful ideas, and the need to contribute to the country's development.
The district police chief urged the participants to actively promote law enforcement among the public. He stated that improving citizens' legal literacy directly impacts the reduction of crimes and offenses. Participants were urged to take action and promote legal awareness and civic responsibility among residents.
To ensure proper preparation for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of state independence, working campaign groups were established at the initiative of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs department in the Matchinsky District. They included police officers, government representatives, activists, and mahalla chairmen. These groups will conduct outreach to the public and will be deployed to all districts.
At the end of the meeting, proposals were heard from the participants, who expressed their readiness for further cooperation.
