Tajik President Emomali Rahmon proposed establishing an international innovative educational center in Central Asia to implement joint projects in science, education, culture, and the arts. He announced this initiative at the seventh consultative meeting of Central Asian leaders in Tashkent, TASS reports.
The President of Tajikistan emphasized that in today's environment, deepening cooperation in culture and education is essential. "Considering the need to develop cooperation in this area, we propose establishing an international innovative educational center in Central Asia," he stated.
According to Emomali Rahmon, this center could become a unified platform for scientific research and educational programs across the region. The head of state noted that support for scientific and cultural initiatives, as well as active dialogue between academic circles and experts, creates a solid foundation for the joint promotion of shared historical and cultural values.
The seventh consultative meeting of the heads of state of Central Asia was held in Tashkent with the participation of the leaders of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, as well as the President of Azerbaijan. A wide range of issues were discussed during the meeting, including strengthening political dialogue, developing multifaceted regional cooperation, expanding trade and economic ties, and promoting cultural and humanitarian initiatives.
