During a working visit to the city of Tursunzade, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon virtually inaugurated eight new secondary schools and a modern private preschool, "Gunchakhoi Istiklol," the presidential press service reported .
Among the schools that were put into operation are secondary general education institution No. 83 in the village of Rokhat in the village of Tursun, secondary general education institution No. 39 in the village of Fayzabad, secondary general education institution No. 36 in the village of Shurhok, secondary general education institution No. 44 in the village of Yuldosh Ashurov, secondary general education institution No. 99 in the village of Khusnobod, secondary general education institution No. 122 in the village of Navobod, secondary general education institution No. 108 in the village of Shulum and secondary general education institution No. 16 in the village of 10th Anniversary of Independence.









The creation of new educational institutions is part of the improvement efforts commemorating the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's state independence and is aimed at ensuring favorable conditions for providing quality education to the younger generation. With the opening of the new schools, approximately 8,000 students have received education, and 400 people have been employed with decent wages.
Continuing his working visit, the head of state opened the private preschool educational institution "Gunchakhoi Istiklol" in the village of Ismoili Somoni. Construction of the kindergarten was completed in a short timeframe by local entrepreneur Nematullo Khaitov and was completed in full compliance with architectural and urban planning requirements.



The new kindergarten accommodates 250 children and is equipped with modern classrooms, dormitories, music, dance, and art rooms, a gym, an indoor swimming pool, and a playground for six groups. Classes are taught in Tajik, Russian, and English. A favorable environment has been created for the children's education and upbringing, including playgrounds, terraces, and landscaped areas with ornamental plants and trees.
The facility is equipped with a modern heating system, a 150-meter deep water supply, a sewer system, a 30-ton water tower, and is connected to a direct current (DC) power line, solar panels, and automatic generators, ensuring a constant power supply. The new kindergarten employs 35 qualified specialists.



During his visit, President Emomali Rahmon inspected the educational facilities, spoke with students and pupils, presented them with gifts, and provided recommendations and instructions to those responsible for organizing high-quality education and upbringing for children.
The commissioning of new educational facilities is part of the government's efforts to improve the level and quality of education, expand preschool and school coverage, and create modern conditions for developing the intellectual abilities of the younger generation and training future specialists for the country's development.
