On August 21, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, together with Chairman of the Majlisi Milli Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and Mayor of Dushanbe Rustami Emomali, opened State Preschool Institution No. 59, located on Said Nosir Street in the Ismoili Somoni district of the capital. This was reported by the presidential press service.
The new kindergarten building was constructed on the initiative and with the direct participation of the leadership of the Executive Authority of the City of Dushanbe in preparation for the 35th anniversary of State Independence in two years and is designed to accommodate 450 children.
The facility consists of three floors and a basement, providing excellent conditions for developing children's intellect and playing a variety of exciting games.
State Preschool Educational Institution No. 59 was built in accordance with the instructions of the Address of the President of the Republic Emomali Rahmon to the Majlisi Oli by the State Institution "Capital Construction Department" of the Executive Body of State Authority of the city of Dushanbe with a modern design and high quality.
The kindergarten's classrooms are equipped with necessary supplies, including tables, chairs, and a variety of children's toys. Instruction and care are provided in three languages: Tajik, Russian, and English.
According to the project, this facility will provide excellent conditions for 22 groups, including classrooms with sleeping and shower facilities, music, dance, and gymnastics rooms, art workshops, a 90-seat auditorium for clubs and events, a cafeteria, a playground, and a swimming pool. This will be a worthy gift for the happy children of the independence era at the start of the 2025-2026 school year.
The new kindergarten employs 129 teachers and other teaching, administrative and technical staff.
During his visit, Emomali Rahmon praised the quality of the work performed and gave instructions to responsible officials and teachers on organizing high-quality education for children and nurturing them in the spirit of patriotism.
At the direction of the head of state, the number of preschool educational institutions in Dushanbe is increasing in order to ensure the comprehensive and proper education of children in the spirit of patriotism.
As part of the master plan for the coming years, the capital plans to build 70 such preschool institutions.
In this area, the Chairman of the City of Dushanbe, Rustami Emomali, signed a corresponding resolution, under which 10 more kindergartens will be built and commissioned by the end of 2025.
According to the plan, multi-story residential buildings and shopping and service centers with a modern design will be erected on Said Nosir Street in the Ismoili Somoni district of Dushanbe. The construction of a modern kindergarten here will create the foundation for the education and upbringing of the next generation.
