On April 16, a number of cooperation documents were signed in Khujand as part of the third international tourism forum, "Sughd – Crossroads of the Great Silk Road," according to the press service of the Committee for Tourism Development under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
A total of 21 agreements and memoranda of understanding were signed between tourism industry players. These agreements are expected to boost interregional and international cooperation.



The agreements were signed between representatives of travel companies, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan. They aim to expand business contacts, create joint tourist routes, exchange experiences, and attract more tourists.
During the forum, it was noted that the signing of such documents demonstrates growing confidence in Tajikistan's tourism market and the willingness of foreign partners to develop long-term cooperation.






It is emphasized that the implementation of the agreements reached creates conditions for the development of tourism infrastructure, improving the quality of services, and promoting the country's tourism potential internationally.
