On March 28, a government meeting was held under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and Chairman of the Government, Emomali Rahmon. This was reported by the press service of the President of Tajikistan.
At the beginning of the meeting, a report was heard from the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Abdurakhmon Abdurakhmonzoda, on the timely preparation of the republic's economic and social sectors for stable and effective operation during the autumn-winter period of 2026–2027.
It was emphasized that the purpose of preparing the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is to define instructions and measures aimed at resolving issues related to the preparation of economic sectors and the social sphere of the republic for the autumn-winter season of 2026-2027.






Head of State Emomali Rahmon ordered the approval of an action plan for the timely preparation of the republic's economic and social sectors, as well as the creation of a National Headquarters.
The executive bodies of state power of regions, cities and districts, as well as the relevant ministries and departments, were also instructed to submit consolidated information to the Republican Headquarters every month, by the 20th.
The Minister of Health and Social Protection of the Population, Jamoliddin Abdullozoda, made a report on the Program for the Protection of the Population from Tuberculosis in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026–2030 and the Program for the Development of Donation and Ensuring the Safety of Donor Blood in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026–2030.






The meeting then reviewed the Implementation Plan for the State Program for Coastal Protection Work in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023–2027 for the period 2026–2027 and the Implementation Plan for the Program for the Development of the Agri-Food System and Sustainable Agriculture until 2030 for 2026–2030. The relevant decisions were made on these issues.
At the conclusion of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan meeting, President Emomali Rahmon gave specific instructions to local government bodies, ministries, departments, and institutions to implement the head of state's previously issued instructions and the decisions of the current meeting.
The instructions, in particular, concerned the expansion of spring field work, the efficient use of arable land, environmental protection, the prevention of natural disasters, especially mudflows and floods in the spring, as well as the intensification of creative activities in honor of the worthy celebration of the national holiday – the 35th anniversary of State independence.
