The "Bahori Dushanbe" classical chess tournament has concluded in Dushanbe. The competition ran from February 28 to March 7, 2026, at the Chess Center of the Tajikistan Chess Federation.
The main goal of the tournament was to identify the strongest young chess players in their age categories and to form national teams for participation in international competitions, according to the Tajikistan Chess Federation.


Dozens of young chess players took part in the tournament, demonstrating a high level of preparation, athleticism, and intense competition for the prizes.
