Today, a high-level meeting between Turkmenistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan began in the Avaza National Tourist Zone.
National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, departed for the Balkan Velayat to participate in a summit meeting on the Caspian Sea coast. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev also arrived in our country to participate in the high-level event. This international event marked the elevation of relations between the countries of the region to a qualitatively new level.
Turkmenistan, the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Republic of Uzbekistan currently cooperate effectively in various fields, including political and diplomatic cooperation, which is key to ensuring global peace and sustainable development in the region. Organizing a summit between these neighboring countries on the Caspian Sea coast is profoundly meaningful. It also strengthens the status of the Avaza National Tourist Zone as a hub for major international events.
