From August 11th to 17th, raids aimed at ensuring drivers comply with passenger transportation regulations will be conducted in Dushanbe, according to the Dushanbe Municipal Institution "Dushanbenakliyotkhadamotrason."
A special group consisting of representatives from relevant agencies is inspecting compliance with passenger transportation regulations, road safety, electronic payments, drivers' wearing of uniforms, and illegal activity by taxi drivers.
The raids are being conducted in response to concerns from residents of the capital regarding violations of passenger transportation regulations, such as overcrowding, unauthorized stops, failure to adhere to timetables and routes, and violations by taxi drivers.
The measures taken will help improve the quality of public transport services and ensure passenger safety.
