On December 10, 2025, at the initiative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tajikistan, which chairs the Council of Heads of Chambers of the CIS Member States, a meeting of representatives of the chambers of commerce and industry of the Commonwealth of Independent States was held via videoconference, the press service of the Organization's Executive Committee reported.
The event was attended by representatives of chambers and business communities from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of the CIS Executive Committee, the Skolkovo Foundation, VDNKh JSC, and the CIS Business Center.


Nasim Anvarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Adolat Mirzoshoeva, Head of the Department for Interaction with International Organizations at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tajikistan, chaired the meeting.
The meeting addressed key agenda items, including the participation of the chambers of commerce and industry in the implementation of the Interstate Program for Innovative Cooperation of the CIS Member States through 2030. Participants discussed the experience of forming industry working groups within the SCO Business Council, the mutual application of electronic systems for certification of origin of goods, the introduction of product identification marking, and the mutual recognition of marking codes between countries. The organization of a roundtable discussion on exhibition and trade fair activities was also discussed.
Timur Mansurov, a representative of the CIS Executive Committee and head of the Department of Scientific, Technical Cooperation and Innovation of the Department of Economic Cooperation, noted the Executive Committee's coordinating role in the implementation of the Interstate Program for Innovative Cooperation of CIS Member States and invited the chambers to submit their proposals for inclusion in the draft Comprehensive Action Plan for 2026–2030 for the implementation of this program.
In addition, the participants discussed preparations for the next meeting of the Council of Heads of Chambers of the CIS Member States, which is planned to be held in the first half of 2026.
