The Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan has currently signed cooperation agreements with 26 research and analytical centers from around the world. This was announced by the Center's Director, Khayriddin Usmonzoda, at a press conference held on August 5 in Dushanbe.
Among the countries with whose research institutions agreements have been concluded are Russia, Kazakhstan, China, India, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, South Korea, and others.
According to Hayriddin Usmonzoda, during the first half of 2025, the Center for Strategic Studies signed memoranda and cooperation programs with seven leading think tanks in Iran, Saudi Arabia, China, and Mongolia.
The institute's immediate plans include signing an agreement with a Saudi Arabian research center in September of this year, which provides for the active participation of both parties in joint events organized in both countries.
The Center's Director noted that collaboration with international research organizations is one of the Institute's priorities. This collaboration enables experts to effectively present and explain Tajikistan's public policy positions on key issues of mutual interest.
The Center for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan is also an active member of the analytical platforms of such international organizations and forums as the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Forum, the Forum of Strategic Centers of Central Asia, the UN Center for Preventive Diplomacy in Ashgabat, as well as forums uniting strategic centers of Central Asia with China and South Korea.
Such international cooperation helps to deepen mutual understanding and develop coordinated approaches to addressing regional and global challenges.
