Sughd Region Chairman Rajab Akhmadzoda inspected the construction progress and equipment installation at Anko Invest LLC's vegetable oil production facility in the Bobojon Gafurov District, according to the press service of the Sughd Region Chairman's Administration.
According to the source, the facility is being built with the participation of the Farovon Group of Companies. Once operational, it is planned to produce and package up to 200 tons of cottonseed and sunflower oil per day. The products will be available in packaging sizes ranging from 0.5 to 5 liters.



According to officials, the plant is installing modern technological equipment, and robotic technologies are being widely used in the production process. Once fully operational, production will operate in two shifts. The plant will provide permanent employment for up to 50 people with competitive wages.
During his working visit, Rajab Akhmadzoda also visited the Zartakhta LLC plant under construction. According to information provided, the plant plans to begin producing eco-friendly construction panels with thicknesses ranging from 5 to 20 millimeters.

During the visit, it was noted that domestic entrepreneurs, with the ongoing support of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, are making a significant contribution to the development of the country's industry, expanding the production of import-substituting products, and providing the domestic market with high-quality construction materials.
It is also emphasized that improvement work and construction of new facilities continue in the Bobojon Gafurov district. Residents of the district and responsible authorities are celebrating the 35th anniversary of Tajikistan's state independence with new labor achievements.
At the end of the trip, the Chairman of the Sughd Region visited veteran laborer Inobat Tursunboeva and, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, provided her with financial assistance.
