The gala reception began with a screening of a documentary film dedicated to the history of the Communist Party of China. Guests were presented with a chronicle of the party's formation, key stages in the development of the People's Republic of China, the large-scale reforms of recent decades, the fight against poverty, and achievements in industry, high technology, the digital economy, the space industry, infrastructure, and environmental development.

In his speech, the diplomat paid special attention to relations between China and Tajikistan.
"On the path taken by the Communist Party of China to lead the Chinese people toward the great rejuvenation of the nation, Tajikistan has always been our good friend, close brother, and strategic partner," Guo Zhijun emphasized.
According to the ambassador, the strategic partnership between the two states is built on the principles of mutual respect, trust, good neighborliness, and mutual support.
"The key to jointly building a Community of Shared Destiny lies in the continuous deepening of political trust and expansion of practical cooperation based on the principles of mutual respect, good-neighborliness, solidarity, and mutual benefit. This will provide inexhaustible impetus to the continuation of the Chinese-Tajik friendship," he emphasized.
The ambassador also noted the achievements of modern Tajikistan.
"Today, Tajikistan has achieved significant success in four strategic goals: ensuring energy independence, breaking the communications deadlock, ensuring food security, and accelerating the country's industrialization. This is the best proof that all parties are working together for a common future," he noted in his speech.
The diplomat also recalled the difficult pages in the republic’s history.
"From the very beginning of its independence, Tajikistan was engulfed in a self-imposed civil war as a result of provocations and machinations by internal and external malevolent forces. This terrible event resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of residents of the republic and the flight and migration of more than one million of our compatriots," Guo Zhijun recalled.
According to the head of the diplomatic mission, the country's current successes have been made possible by maintaining peace, political stability, and the consistent development of mutually beneficial international cooperation.
Maliksho Nematzoda: Inter-party cooperation has been going on for more than a quarter of a century
First Deputy Chairman of the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, Maliksho Nematzoda, emphasized that cooperation between the PDPT and the Communist Party of China has been ongoing for more than 25 years and has become an important component of relations between the two countries.
He noted that party delegations annually participate in joint forums, seminars, conferences, and roundtables, where they exchange experiences in public administration and party building.
"For the People's Democratic Party of Tajikistan, the Communist Party of China is a truly friendly party. Our cooperation has been ongoing for over twenty-five years, and during this time, a rich history of trust, mutual understanding, and collaboration has been built," noted Nematzoda.
He paid special attention to the recent visit of the Tajik party delegation to China.
"During our trip, we witnessed firsthand the development path of modern China, learned about projects related to the work of Chinese President Xi Jinping, and saw tangible results in the fight against poverty and regional development. This experience is of great value to us," Nematzoda shared his impressions.
According to him, the most important stage in bilateral relations was the signing of an agreement by the leaders of the two states, which enshrined the formula: "eternal friends and never enemies."

Chairman of the Agrarian Party of Tajikistan Rustam Latifzoda congratulated the Chinese people on the anniversary of the CPC and noted China's outstanding achievements.
"Over the past century, the Communist Party of China has traveled a remarkable historical path, transforming China into one of the world's leading powers, achieving unprecedented success in developing the economy, science, technology, the social sphere, and improving the well-being of the people," he noted.
Latfzoda emphasized that today China is a global leader in innovation, the digital economy, modern infrastructure, poverty alleviation, and the formation of an environmentally oriented development model.
The politician paid special attention to Tajik-Chinese cooperation.
"For Tajikistan, China is not only a good neighbor and a reliable strategic partner, but also one of the largest investors and most important trade and economic partners," he emphasized.
According to him, thanks to the political will of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and the Chairman of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping, cooperation between the two countries has reached an unprecedented level.
He noted that the total volume of Chinese investments in the Tajik economy has already exceeded $6 billion, and more than 800 enterprises with Chinese capital operate in the country.
"It's especially important that these are no longer just investments. They involve modern production, job creation, the introduction of new technologies, and the training of qualified specialists. These are the kinds of projects that exemplify effective, mutually beneficial cooperation," the politician noted.
