On June 4–5, 2026, an official delegation from the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, led by Deputy Director Sulaimon Talbakzoda, paid a working visit to Tashkent. This was reported by the Agency's Press Center.
The visit took place as part of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Department for Combating Economic Crimes under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2025–2026.


The main purpose of the trip was to exchange experience in the field of detection and preliminary investigation of economic and corruption crimes, familiarize themselves with the activities of law enforcement agencies of the neighboring state, and further expand international cooperation.
During the visit, Agency employees familiarized themselves with the activities of the Department for Combating Economic Crimes, the State Financial Control Inspectorate, and the Law Enforcement Academy of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.





Particular attention was paid to studying the practice of preventing, detecting, and preliminary investigating economic and corruption crimes, conducting financial audits, as well as issues of improving the qualifications of civil servants in relevant departments.





The Agency noted that the event was held at a high level. Its results are expected to further strengthen interagency ties, promote Tajikistan's anti-corruption achievements internationally, and explore best industry practices.
