A conflict over financial disagreements and debt obligations led to a mass brawl in Dushanbe, according to the Dushanbe Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
According to the agency, Sirodjiddin Narziev, born in 1990 and a citizen of one of the neighboring states, and Abdullo Ruziev, born in 1993, had been in a long-term conflictual relationship due to a debt dispute.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, on April 30, 2026, the men, along with their supporters, gathered in the parking lot of the Guldasta shopping center, located on Nusrat Makhsum Street, where they deliberately organized a group fight.

During the conflict, the participants, in a gross violation of public order, used objects used as bladed weapons, including brass knuckles, metal bats, and other hard objects. As a result of the clash, Mukim Tabarov sustained injuries and was hospitalized.
Based on this fact, the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the city of Dushanbe opened a criminal case under Article 237 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan against active participants in the conflict – Narziev Sirodjiddin, Tabarov Mukim, Ruziev Abdullo, Manuchekhri Abdulhamid, Amirshozoda Bakhrom and Ismatov Davron.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the preliminary investigation is ongoing.
