On the afternoon of April 15, Sulton Rahimzoda, Chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan, met with Carson Relits Roker, Chargé d'Affaires of the US Embassy in Tajikistan, as well as the newly appointed Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Egypt, Thamer Fathi Abdussalam Hammad, and Italy, Guido De Sanctis, according to the Committee's press service.






During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of expanding trade and economic cooperation, attracting foreign investment, improving the investment climate, and effectively utilizing existing opportunities.
Particular attention was paid to developing cooperation in priority sectors, including energy, industry, agriculture, tourism and infrastructure.
The meeting participants expressed their readiness to further strengthen bilateral relations and implement joint projects.
In conclusion, it was noted that greater use of investment potential and the development of mutually beneficial cooperation will contribute to the sustainable growth of the national economy and the strengthening of Tajikistan's international relations.
