On April 8, 2026, the Tajikistan-Russia Business Forum on Innovation and Digitalization was held at IT Park Dushanbe in Dushanbe. Representatives of government agencies, the private sector, and leading technology companies participated in the forum. This was reported by the press service of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
This event served as an important platform for strengthening bilateral cooperation in information technology, artificial intelligence, and the digital economy. The forum comprehensively addressed key issues related to digital infrastructure development, the implementation of advanced technologies, and support for the innovation ecosystem.
In his speech, Deputy Minister of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation Sergey Kuchushev called on Tajikistan to actively participate in the development of IT and artificial intelligence.



In this context, it was noted that data centers are planned for the future, which will also be accessible to joint Tajik-Russian companies. This initiative was considered an important foundation for the development of joint projects and the expansion of digital infrastructure.
Forum participants discussed opportunities for cooperation in the areas of startups, public services, digitalization of public administration, and attracting investment, expressing their willingness to expand practical interaction.
The event featured bilateral meetings between entrepreneurs and government officials, creating favorable conditions for launching joint initiatives and sharing best practices.
