Police officers have solved two crimes: cattle theft in the Vose district and robbery in Dushanbe, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan.
A 48-year-old local resident filed a report with the Vosesky District Department of Internal Affairs. He reported that on March 4, 2026, an unknown individual broke into the barn of his home, stole two cows, and fled in an unknown direction.
According to the agency, the damage amounted to 20 thousand somoni.
During the course of operational investigative activities, police officers established that the crime was committed by a 30-year-old local resident.
An investigation is underway into this incident.
Another case was registered in the Sino district of Dushanbe.
A 36-year-old Moscow resident contacted the Sino District Department of Internal Affairs No. 1. She reported that on March 5, 2026, at approximately 8:23 PM on Navbakhor Street, an unknown man forcibly took her bag, which contained an HONOR X6C mobile phone and 3,000 somoni, and then fled.
The amount of damage caused amounted to 5,200 somoni.
As a result of operational investigative measures, police officers established that the crime was committed by a 16-year-old resident of Dushanbe.
