The Tajikistan national e-football team will participate for the first time in the FIFAe Nations League international tournament, a key qualifying stage for the 2026 FIFAe World Cup final, according to the Football Federation of Tajikistan.
According to FIFA, 120 countries will participate in the FIFAe 2026 qualifying cycle. This is a record number in the history of FIFAe competitions and the largest season of eFootball tournaments at the national team level.
The Tajikistan national e-football team will compete in two disciplines on the eFootball platform: eFootball™ Console and eFootball™ Mobile.
Participation in both categories will provide the country's best eSports athletes with the opportunity to demonstrate their skills on the international stage.
The selection cycle will last for a year and will consist of several stages:
