Asian Development Bank President Masato Kanda will visit Tajikistan from March 3 to 5, according to the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan.
During the visit, the President of the Asian Development Bank will hold meetings and talks with the Tajik side. The plan is to discuss strengthening cooperation in various areas.
It is noted that Tajikistan has been working with the Asian Development Bank since 1998. This international financial institution is one of the country's strategic partners in the implementation of important socio-economic projects.
Over 28 years of cooperation, the bank has financed and implemented more than 200 projects in Tajikistan totaling over $2.7 billion.
