The head of Muashirati Nav LLC filed a report with the Vahdat Department of Internal Affairs, alleging that on February 3, 2026, unknown individuals secretly entered his Z-Mobile and Dushanbe City Bank service centers, located on Firdavsi Street in Vahdat, stole 2,200 somoni and technical equipment, and then fled the scene. The total damage amounted to 18,680 somoni, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan.
As a result of operational investigative measures, police officers established that the crime was committed by residents of the city of Vahdat aged 22, 18, 21, 22 years old and a 17-year-old teenager.
A 51-year-old local resident also filed a report with the Kushoniyon District Department of Internal Affairs, alleging that on January 11, 2026, unknown individuals secretly entered her home, stole 4,500 somoni and a gold necklace, and then fled the scene. The damages amounted to 54,500 somoni.
During the course of operational investigative activities, police officers established that the crime was committed by a 31-year-old local resident.
In addition, during other investigative operations, two minors from the Kushoniyonsky district and the city of Bokhtar were detained on suspicion of committing theft.
Police officers established that on January 27, 2026, at approximately 11:40 p.m., the suspects stole 79,000 somoni, as well as two iPhone and Redmi mobile phones, from a Daivo Nexia car parked in the Rudaki rural jamoat of the Vakhsh district and belonging to a 21-year-old resident of the Kushoniyon district, and then fled the scene.
Criminal cases have been opened on these facts and an investigation is underway.
