To prevent the loss of wildlife, including birds, during the winter, biotechnical work was carried out at state forestry agencies in the Ayni and Faizabad districts. This was reported by the press center of the Forestry Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
As noted, the measures were organized to protect animals and birds from the winter cold and provide them with food. Feed, including barley, wheat, oilcake, salt, and hay, was placed and scattered in designated animal and bird habitats.
In particular, in the Faizabad district, more than 200 kilograms of wheat, 50 kilograms of dried cherry plum, 100 kilograms of dried apples, and 300 kilograms of hay were scattered as part of the work carried out.
