On January 12, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon made personnel changes in the structures of the Supreme Court, the Supreme Economic Court, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and other government agencies.
In accordance with paragraph 8 of Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan submitted proposals to the Majlisi Milli of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan to recall Kenjazoda Muhammadjaloliddin and Gulomzoda Safarbek from their positions as judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan due to the expiration of their terms of office. Kenjazoda Muhammadjaloliddin, Gulomzoda Safarbek, Safarzoda Mahinabonu, and Rahmonzoda Ikrom were also nominated for election as judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Nuralizoda Odil was nominated for election as a judge of the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.



By decrees of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, chairmen of the courts of the districts and cities of Sino, Shokhmansur, Murghab, Shahristan, Vakhsh, Rasht, Khovaling, Nurek and Rudaki were appointed.
Personnel changes were also carried out at the level of deputy chairmen of judicial bodies, judges of courts and economic courts of the Khatlon and Sughd regions, the city of Dushanbe, as well as cities and districts of the country.
By decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, three highly qualified and experienced diplomatic officials have been appointed to the positions of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.






From among the professional and experienced specialists, the following were appointed: First Deputy and Deputy Director of the National Center for Legislation under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, First Deputy and Deputy Director of the Agency for Supervision of Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Director of the State Institution "Scientific Research Institute of Tourism and Entrepreneurship" of the International University of Tourism and Entrepreneurship of Tajikistan, as well as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the country.
During the meeting, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, exhorted the appointees to faithful and conscientious work, to serve with a clear conscience for the benefit of the state and the people of Tajikistan, to ensure judicial justice and the rule of law, to protect the interests of the state and citizens, to oversee the improvement of the quality of education and upbringing of the younger generation, and to honorably represent the history, culture, and art of Tajikistan on the international stage.
