On November 12, a presentation of Tajikistan's investment potential was held in New York as part of the C5+1 platform's 10th anniversary, according to the State Unitary Enterprise "Tajinvest."
Participants of the event, which followed the official visit of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, to Washington, were shown a video presentation of the country's key capabilities—from hydropower and industry to tourism, the agricultural sector, and the digital economy.
Tajikistan's Permanent Representative to the UN, Jonibek Hikmat, emphasized the country's desire to become a hub of ideas and innovation, calling the investment route "the new Silk Road."
Elena Son, Executive Director of the Tajikistan-USA Business Council, noted the high interest of American entrepreneurs in Tajikistan and emphasized the country's readiness for large-scale investment.
