A standing meeting of the Interparliamentary Assembly of Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States on legal issues was held in Dushanbe, reports NIAT Khovar.
Parliamentary delegations from Tajikistan, the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Kazakhstan took part in the event.
At the meeting, commission members reviewed draft model laws "On Property Use Agreements," "On the Performance of Work and Services," "On Guardianship Agreements," "On Mediation Agreements," and "On Legal Regulation of the Fight Against Domestic Violence."
In addition, the deputies discussed the concept of the draft model law "On digital platforms and their use by participants in civil transactions."
The adopted recommendations and proposals will be sent to the Secretariat of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly for further consideration.
