The final stage of the 2025 Chinese Language Teachers' Championship has concluded in Central Asia. The winner was participant No. 8, Asozoda Khusayni Narzullo, a local Chinese language teacher at the National University of Tajikistan.
The winners of the second place were participant No. 9, a teacher of Chinese at the Confucius Institute at Osh State University (Kyrgyzstan) Akylbek uulu Erlanbek and participant No. 2, a teacher of Chinese at the Confucius Institute at the Kyrgyz National University Amanbek kyzy Nurpeyil.
Third place was taken by participant No. 4 – Gulperi Kadyrbekova, a teacher of Chinese at the Confucius Institute at Osh State University, No. 10 – Jasmina Kalandarov, a teacher of Chinese at the Confucius Institute at the National University of Tajikistan, and No. 3 – Baktygul Abdibaytova, a teacher of Chinese at the Confucius Institute at the Kyrgyz National University.
The competition also awarded special prizes in specific categories. The winner of the "Best Teaching Skills" category was Shokosim Shorustamov, a Chinese language teacher at the Confucius Institute at the Eastern University in Tashkent.
The winner of the "Best Educational Materials" nomination was participant No. 6, Gulzat Dzhumalieva, a teacher of Chinese at the Russia-Kyrgyzstan Slavic University.
The nomination “Best Pedagogical Creativity” was awarded to participant No. 5, Chinese language teacher at the Confucius Institute at the Mining and Metallurgical Institute of Tajikistan, Parvin Umatov.
The prize for “Best Lesson Design” was awarded to participant No. 7, Mavzuna Atamuradova, a Chinese language teacher at the Confucius Institute at the Institute of Foreign Languages of Samarkand (Uzbekistan).
Participant No. 11, Dina Agibaevna Zhangaliyeva, a Chinese language teacher at the Confucius Institute at the National University of Kazakhstan, won the “Best Teaching Methods” category.
The competition brought together Chinese language teachers from leading universities and institutes in Central Asia, demonstrating a high level of teaching excellence and innovative approaches to teaching. The results of the "Chinese Language Teachers' Championship" will contribute to the further development of Chinese language educational programs in the region and the professional development of teachers.
