The Unified Electronic Insurance System (UES) will be launched in Tajikistan on October 22, 2025, the National Bank of the Republic announced. The system is designed to digitalize and integrate insurance processes, ensuring operational transparency, improving oversight, regulating insurance companies, and protecting the interests of insurance consumers.
The National Bank has provided vehicle owners and drivers with detailed information on the new system. You can check your compulsory civil liability insurance policy on the NBT insurance portal using your vehicle's state registration number: https://nbt.tj/tj/sugurta/nizomi-yagonai-sugurtai-elektroni.php.
In some cases, some current policies may not be displayed in the system due to technical issues. To address this issue, an official channel has been created on the Telegram messenger. Vehicle owners can send a photo of their insurance policy to +992 177 99 39 39. The information provided is sent daily to insurance companies and entered into the Unified System within 10 days.
The National Bank emphasized that no fines will be collected from vehicle owners and drivers until all current policies are fully paid.
If you have any questions or problems sending photos of your insurance policies, please contact the Unified Electronic Insurance System call center at 3939 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
The Bank encourages vehicle owners and drivers to check their insurance policies and, if necessary, promptly submit information for entry into the system to ensure accurate data display and compliance with insurance regulations.
The EES will be a key step in the digitalization of Tajikistan's insurance sector, improving control and transparency of processes and promoting the protection of citizens' rights and interests.
