The Korean Language Center at Chonbuk National University, Republic of Korea, has opened in Dushanbe. The center was established as part of a cooperation agreement between the Sadriddin Aini Tajik State Pedagogical University and Chonbuk National University, NIAT Khovar reports, citing the university's press center.
A memorandum of understanding was signed by Akhliddin Ibodullozoda, Rector of the Sadriddin Aini Tajik State Pedagogical University, and Mr. Oh-Bong Yang, President of Chonbuk National University. The document outlines key areas of cooperation: holding joint international conferences, organizing professional development courses for teachers, academic exchanges for students and teachers, and expanding further educational and scientific ties.
Professor Akhliddin Ibodullozoda emphasized that the opening of the Korean Language Center is an important step in developing international cooperation and foreign language learning. He noted that Tajik students will have better opportunities to learn the Korean language and become familiar with Korean culture.
For his part, Mr. Oh-Bong Yang noted that university cooperation not only contributes to the improvement of language skills, but also to the strengthening of friendly and cultural ties between the peoples of Tajikistan and the Republic of Korea.
According to the source, the International Cooperation Center between S. Aini TSPU and Chonbuk National University simultaneously began operating. The opening of these two centers creates a solid foundation for strengthening research ties, student and faculty exchanges, and the implementation of joint educational programs.
The implementation of joint initiatives will improve the level of academic knowledge, expand the international experience of students and faculty, and strengthen cultural and friendly ties between countries.
