In Dushanbe, officers from the Shohmansur District Department of Internal Affairs No. 2 detained a woman for fortune telling. This was reported by the Dushanbe City Department of Internal Affairs.

According to law enforcement, Shokirova Zikamo, a resident of the Guliston mahalla, provided fortune-telling services to citizens in her home using cards.

An administrative protocol was filed against the offender under Article 482 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan. The court fined her 80 times the minimum monthly wage, or 6,000 somoni.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminded that such activity is contrary to the country's legislation and is classified as an offense.
