A delegation of judges from the Republic of Tajikistan participated in a consultative training on administrative proceedings with Chinese courts, which took place from August 29 to September 10 in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (Urumqi) and Beijing. This was reported by the Supreme Court of Tajikistan.
The event was organized to strengthen judicial cooperation between member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and enhance the professional skills of Tajik judges. During the training, participants exchanged experiences and explored the specifics of China's procedural system.
The training program included meetings with the Director of the National College of Judges of China, as well as discussions on practical issues of strengthening cooperation in the field of judicial activity.
Deputy Chairman of the Supreme People's Court of China Tao Kaiyuan emphasized the importance of exchanging experiences between judges from Tajikistan and China, noting that this contributes to improving the judicial system and enhancing the professional competence of judges.
The Supreme Court of Tajikistan noted that such events create a platform for deepening bilateral cooperation, exchanging best practices, and strengthening international ties in the justice sector.
