According to the department, citizen Dzhakhongir Abduganiyev organized an unauthorized outlet for the sale of fried fish on Giprozem Street. An inspection established that the processing and preparation of the products were carried out in extremely unsanitary conditions, using contaminated equipment and in violation of basic hygiene requirements.
"The entrepreneur and his employees offered residents of the capital fried fish prepared in conditions that pose a potential threat to the health of consumers. The sale of low-quality products for the purpose of making a profit is a serious concern," the UMVD emphasized.
Materials have been drawn up regarding the responsible persons, which are currently under consideration. As specified by the department, following the inspection, measures will be taken in accordance with the current legislation, including suspension of activities until the identified violations are eliminated.
Control over compliance with sanitary requirements in the public catering sector will be strengthened, the Administration added.
