In the first half of 2026, Tajikistan's state budget revenues amounted to 36.4 billion somoni, exceeding the plan by more than 114%. This was announced by Finance Minister Fayziddin Kahorzoda at a press conference summarizing the ministry's performance in the first half of 2026.
According to him, during the first six months of the year, the Ministry of Finance focused its activities on implementing state financial policy, ensuring the sustainability of the budget system, and the timely financing of social obligations.




As Faiziddin Kakhorzoda noted, the state budget revenue plan from all sources was fulfilled by more than 114%, with total revenue reaching 36.4 billion somoni. Furthermore, internal budget revenues administered by the Tax Committee also exceeded the approved targets.
The Minister reported that the plan for revenues of the republican budget was fulfilled by 116.8%, and for local budgets by 115.2%, which indicates the continued positive dynamics of budget execution.
According to the head of the Ministry of Finance, the results of the first half of the year confirm the stability of public finances and ensure the implementation of planned socio-economic programs.
