Funerals were held in Iran for the 165 people killed in the attack on an elementary school in Minab. According to the IRNA news agency, thousands attended the funeral procession.
According to Tansim, 165 people were killed in the February 28 attack on an elementary school. Iranian state media blamed Israel and the United States for the strike on the civilian target.
The mother of one of the deceased students addressed former US President Donald Trump during the funeral, stating that America and Israel will be held accountable for the deaths of the children and youth of that country.



The head of the Hormozgan provincial judiciary reported that 140 bodies have been identified so far. Due to the force of the explosion, DNA testing is required to establish the identities of some victims.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, responding to the accusations, stated that the United States does not intentionally target civilian targets, especially schools. An Israel Defense Forces spokesman noted that Israel is verifying the information received.
California Governor Gavin Newsom also commented on the situation. He questioned what threat the US and Israel were fighting by attacking Iran, and stated that it was necessary to understand why bombs were used to kill children in schools.
