In Tajikistan, the first (main) stage of registration of applicants for participation in the Centralized Entrance Examinations (CEE) – 2026 continues.
Upon registration, applicants must pay the established fee through branches of the State Unitary Enterprise "Savings Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan "Amonatbank" or through the "Amonatmobile" mobile app, as well as through service centers of the Open Joint-Stock Company "Bank Eskhata" or through the "Eskhata Online" mobile app. After payment, they must provide the payment receipt number along with other required documents to the registrar at the registration point, as reported by NIAT "Khovar."
According to the procedure established by the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan and agreed upon with the Antimonopoly Service under the Government, the cost of the service for individuals with general secondary, primary vocational, or secondary vocational education is 370 somoni. For individuals with basic general education (9 grades), the cost is set at 320 somoni.
At the same time, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has provided benefits for certain categories of applicants. Individuals under 22 years of age at the time of registration are completely exempt from fees if one or both of their parents have died, or if they are left without parental care for the following reasons: restriction or deprivation of parental rights, recognition of parents as missing or deceased, recognition of parents as incompetent, parental incarceration, or parental evasion of child upbringing or protection of the child's rights and interests, including refusal to remove the child from educational, caregiving, or medical institutions.
Children with disabilities and individuals with Groups I and II disabilities are also exempt from payment if one parent is deceased, there is only one parent, the parents are Group I or II disabled, or the sole parent is Group I or II disabled. Furthermore, individuals whose parents are Group I or II disabled are exempt from payment entirely if they are under 22 years of age at the time of registration.
The following are partially exempt, with payment of 50 percent of the cost of the service: disabled children and individuals with disabilities of groups I and II, whose parents are alive and do not have a disability; individuals under 22 years of age at the time of registration, one of whose parents is a disabled person of group I or II; as well as individuals under 22 years of age, one of whose parents has died.
