The opening of the Days of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan took place on December 18 at the National Arts Council of Pakistan in Islamabad. The event was attended by President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Osif Ali Zardari, according to the press service of the Ministry of Culture of Tajikistan.
Before the concert, a large-scale exhibition unfolded in three halls of the National Arts Council, showcasing Tajikistan's rich cultural heritage. The display included examples of folk crafts and applied arts, national dishes and baked goods, fruits, pilaf, domestically produced goods, as well as artwork and photographs reflecting the country's history, traditions, achievements since independence, and its unique natural environment.



During his visit to the exhibition, the President of Pakistan noted the friendly and multifaceted nature of relations between the two countries, particularly emphasizing the contribution of the head of the Republic of Tajikistan to the development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation.
The cultural program continued with a concert featuring renowned Tajik artists, a national musical instrument ensemble, and dance groups. The performers presented distinctive dances and songs, which generated great interest among the event's guests.
