Women from Tajikistan who carefully preserve family and folk traditions can present their stories at the International Competition "Women for the Preservation of Traditions" and compete for the grand prize, reports NIAT Khovar.
According to the organizers, the competition is being held in the following categories: "Traditional Values Around Us," "Cultural Bridges and International Interaction," "Traditions—the Foundation of the Future," "Women-Guardians and Defenders of the Fatherland," "Women in Business: Keepers of Values," and "Corporate Dynasties."
The winners will be selected by a jury based on the originality, depth of content, and emotionality of the works.
The main prize will be a trip to Moscow for the forum, participation in the business program, and project promotion in the media.
The organizers of the "Eurasian Women's Forum" competition under the Federation Council of Russia, together with the Russian Center for International and Regional Cooperation, have promised to cover travel and accommodation costs.
Applications are open until September 30th. To participate, please post on your VKontakte page by September 30th, describing the traditions in your family (or organization), explaining which woman started them, how they are preserved today, and adding a photo and/or video, along with the hashtag #WomenForPreservingTraditions. International participants who do not have a VKontakte account can fill out the form on the competition website.
