Territorial defense readiness and armed forces mobilization exercises were held in Khorog.

Exercises to prepare territorial defense resources and mobilize the armed forces of the Republic of Tajikistan took place in Khorog. Representatives of the executive authorities, law enforcement agencies, the military commissariat, military units, and reserve groups participated. This was reported by the Khorog Executive Authority.

The main objective of the exercise was to test the level of readiness, coordinate the actions of the relevant structures in the region, and strengthen local defensive potential.

The exercises assessed the effectiveness of operational actions during the declaration of a state of emergency, the movement of military equipment and materials, and interaction between structures during mobilization.
