As part of the Asian Football Confederation's league development program, an AFC delegation arrived in Tajikistan on a consultative visit, the FFT reports.
The delegation included AFC Central Asia Unit Manager Yogesh Desai, AFC West Asia Unit Manager Shaheen Rahmani and AFC League Development Programme Consultant Datuk Stuart Ramalingam.
During the visit, AFC representatives will hold working meetings with the leadership of the Football Federation of Tajikistan, the Football League of Tajikistan, the Committee for Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as representatives of major league clubs, sponsors, and others. The focus will be on discussing strategic issues related to the league's development.
Following the visit, the AFC delegation will prepare recommendations for the further implementation of the league's development program in Tajikistan.
