With the assistance of the Russian Federation, a large-scale internship program for young professionals and university graduates has been launched in Tajikistan, aimed at promoting the professional development of young people. The initiative is being implemented as part of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) project "Empowering Youth through Professional Development and Innovation Promotion in Tajikistan," funded by Russia. This was reported by the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
In her address to the participants, Vera Khutorskaya, Minister-Counselor of the Russian Embassy in Tajikistan, emphasized Russia's readiness to provide comprehensive support to Tajik youth. "The Russian Federation will continue to do everything necessary to ensure the professional growth of young specialists and their successful future in the spirit of the allied relations that bind Russia and Tajikistan," she noted.
As part of the program, 200 young professionals and university graduates will have the opportunity to complete internships at leading companies in the country. Partners in the initiative include the diversified holding company Avesto Group, the aluminum company Talco, Alif Bank, as well as other private sector representatives and recruiting agencies.
The organizers emphasize that the program aims to expand the professional competencies of young people, increase competitiveness in the labor market, and develop the country's innovative potential.
