The Khatlon Invest-2025 International Investment Forum will take place on November 11–12 in Bokhtar, according to NIAT Khovar, citing the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The forum will be attended by development partners, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Tajikistan, and regional leaders from countries including Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Iran, Pakistan, China, and Turkey. A wide range of domestic and foreign entrepreneurs are also expected to participate.
The forum will be held in two sections:

"Investments for Sustainable Regional Development: Digitalization Opportunities, Private Sector Partnerships, and Transforming Khatlon Region into a Modern Economic Center."

"From Land to Market: Developing Agricultural Value Chains, Exporting and Processing Local Products in Khatlon Region."
The meetings and discussions will focus on mechanisms for attracting investment in agro-industrial clusters, digitalization in free economic zones, the development of tourism and folk crafts in the region's mountainous areas, ecotourism, the promotion of national products, branding and digitalization of exports, the development of logistics infrastructure, access to new markets, and the involvement of women and youth in agricultural value chains.
In addition, forum participants will learn about the activities of the entities of the Dangara Free Economic Zone, visit industrial enterprises in the cities of Bokhtar, Kulyab, and Nurek, and visit landmarks in the Khatlon region.
The forum's goal is to present investment opportunities in the Khatlon region, attract foreign investment, strengthen interregional cooperation, increase the region's export potential, and develop economic and trade cooperation with development partners.
The International Investment Forum "Khatlon Invest-2025" is being held at the initiative of the Executive Authority of the Khatlon Region in cooperation with the relevant ministries and departments of Tajikistan.
