The President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh will pay a state visit to the Republic of Tajikistan from July 23 to 26, 2025, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan.
During the visit of the head of Mongolia to Dushanbe, official negotiations at the highest level with the participation of heads of ministries and departments of the two countries are planned. The parties will discuss issues of strengthening political dialogue, expanding trade and economic cooperation, cooperation in agriculture, transport, education and ecology.
Following the negotiations, it is expected that a number of bilateral agreements will be signed aimed at developing partnership between Tajikistan and Mongolia.
This will be the first state visit of the President of Mongolia to Tajikistan in recent years, which gives it special significance in the context of deepening ties between the two Central Asian countries.
