On July 18, during a working visit to the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, Tajikistan's Minister of Energy and Water Resources, Daler Juma, visited the 110/35 kV "Kozidekh" substation under construction in the Ishkashim district. This was reported by the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The construction of the substation was officially launched on June 26, 2025, by the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
The minister was informed that construction work at the site is more than 95% complete, and the substation is scheduled to be commissioned by the end of July.






The Ministry noted that the construction of the new substation is crucial for strengthening the energy infrastructure of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region. The project will improve the reliability and stability of the power supply and reduce power losses in the region.
As part of his working visit, Daler Juma also got acquainted with the operation of the 110/35/10 kV Dzhangal electrical substation.
