In the first half of 2026, the enforcement of judicial decisions by economic courts in Tajikistan totaled 69.66 million somoni . This was announced today at a press conference summarizing the first half of the year's performance at the Supreme Economic Court of the Republic of Tajikistan.
As the court noted, the corresponding results were achieved thanks to interaction with the competent government agencies that ensure the enforcement of court decisions.
This concerns the enforcement of court decisions on the collection of state fees, amounts of damages caused and credit debt, including decisions made in previous years, as well as taking into account the pre-paid state fees.
The Supreme Economic Court emphasized that ensuring the timely enforcement of court decisions remains a key area of activity for the judicial system, as the actual enforcement of court decisions is an important element in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of economic participants.
