Based on the results of the first half of 2026, the Shokhmansur district of Dushanbe significantly exceeded its revenue targets for the state and local budgets. This was announced at a press conference dedicated to the district's socioeconomic development results for January–June of this year.
According to the data presented, the district's overall tax revenue plan was fulfilled at 141%. The revised revenue plan was set at 763.2 million somoni, while actual tax and non-tax revenues to the state budget reached 1 billion 74.2 million somoni.
Thus, revenue exceeded the plan by 311 million somoni. Compared to the same period in 2025, revenue increased by 361.5 million somoni.





Positive trends were also noted in local budget revenues. Against the revised plan of 211.6 million somoni, actual revenues amounted to 253.5 million somoni, representing 120% of the plan fulfilled. Surplus revenues reached 41.9 million somoni.
At the same time, local budget expenditures were executed at 93.4%. The revised expenditure plan amounted to 273.7 million somoni, of which 255.5 million somoni were actually spent.
Compared to the first half of last year, funding for the district's national economy increased by 23.4%, or 48.5 million somoni.
In addition, during the reporting period, 202.7 million somoni were received into the treasury account of the Social Protection Fund, which is 109% of the approved plan.
