I want our students studying in Russia and other countries to not be afraid to express themselves, to develop their talents, and to pursue their goals. I hope my victory will inspire them to create and move forward," Mehroj Aminov told Avesta.
According to the winner, by participating in creative projects and competitions in Russia, he also represents his university and strives to represent Tajikistan with dignity.
