On June 25, a Tajik delegation led by Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Farhod Vosidiyon took part in the annual meeting of the Eurasian Development Bank Council in Almaty, the ministry's press service reported.



In accordance with the meeting agenda, participants reviewed the Bank's performance, the progress of existing projects, issues related to ensuring financial stability, and future development directions for the Eurasian Development Bank.
Speaking at the Council meeting, Farkhod Vosidiyon noted the important role of the Eurasian Development Bank in financing projects aimed at ensuring the sustainable socio-economic development of member states.
He emphasized that the Republic of Tajikistan is interested in further expanding mutually beneficial cooperation with the Bank. He stated that special attention is being paid to the implementation of priority infrastructure, energy, and investment projects in line with the goals of the Medium-Term Development Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2026–2030.
Following the meeting, the participants adopted relevant decisions on all agenda items. The participating states also confirmed their commitment to further strengthening cooperation within the Eurasian Development Bank.
