The heads of ministries and departments, as well as the executive bodies of state power in the regions, cities, and districts of the republic, were given specific instructions on planning and forming food reserves, the efficient use of electrical and thermal energy, ensuring their uninterrupted production and supply, the accumulation and rational use of coal, fuel, anti-icing materials, livestock feed, and other necessary resources.
According to the results of monitoring the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated March 28, 2025, No. 218, as of April 1, 2026, the measures envisaged by the plan for its implementation have been generally completed, and the readiness of the economic and social sectors to pass the winter period has been ensured.
