Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu. The talks took place on May 20 in Dushanbe, the Tajik Foreign Ministry reported .
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of Tajikistan's interaction with the OSCE, as well as issues of regional security, strengthening borders, countering modern threats, and developing interregional cooperation.
Participants in the talks paid special attention to joint programs related to ensuring stability, combating transnational crime, cybersecurity, and supporting socio-economic development.



The head of the Tajik Foreign Ministry emphasized the importance of practical cooperation with the OSCE and expressed interest in further expanding interaction in areas of mutual interest.
The OSCE Secretary General, in turn, praised Tajikistan's contribution to strengthening peace and stability in the region. He also reaffirmed the organization's readiness to continue constructive dialogue and the implementation of joint initiatives.
Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their commitment to further developing their partnership and maintaining regular contacts at various levels.
