Minors often commit illegal acts, taking advantage of inadequate supervision and irresponsible behavior on the part of some parents, which puts their health and future at risk. This was reported by the Dushanbe Department of Internal Affairs.
During preventive measures, employees of the department for work with minors and youth of the OMVD-1 for the Firdavsi district discovered the use of hookah (chilim) by minor residents of the capital – Abduhalimov U. and Safarov A.
Based on this fact, administrative protocols were drawn up against their parents under Article 90 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Law enforcement agencies once again emphasized that responsibility for raising children lies primarily with parents. Constant monitoring and careful attention to the behavior of minors, according to the agency, can prevent such incidents.
