Serbian specialist Goran Stevanovic has left his post as head coach of the Tajikistan national team due to the expiration of his contract.

The Football Federation of Tajikistan announced this, expressing gratitude to the coach for his contribution to the development of the national team. The federation also wished him continued success in his coaching career.

Under his leadership, the Tajikistan national team successfully competed in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifying tournament. The team played four matches, winning three and drawing one, securing a spot in the finals.
